2. Services

The Final Touch provides automotive and marine detailing, protection, shrink wrapping, and storage services in Rhode Island and Southeastern Connecticut. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and additional work identified during the service. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

For mobile services, the customer must provide a safe, accessible location for us to work. If the location is unsuitable upon arrival, a trip fee may apply.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and Venmo. Approved commercial accounts may qualify for invoicing terms.

5. Liability & Insurance

The Final Touch is fully insured. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle or boat, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or damage discovered during the course of our work that existed prior to our service.

Any concerns about our work must be raised within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve any issues.

6. Website Use

Our website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the information presented. Website content, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

You agree not to misuse our website — including submitting false information through our forms, attempting to access restricted areas, or using automated tools in a way that disrupts service.
